The Indira Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission (IGCSM), founded in 2008 through the sheer effort of Dr. Saurabh Singhal, aims to Educate, Enable, and Empower. Operating across 21 states, IGCSM has impacted more than 3 Lakh lives by focusing on educating children, enhancing youth skills.

Guiding Force Behind IGCSM

Since 2008, under the visionary guidance of Dr. Saurabh Singhal, IGCSM has transformed from a humble initiative into a prominent force in the Indian education sector. The journey began with the establishment of the first franchise in Tijara, Rajasthan, and the inaugural institute in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Over the years, IGCSM has expanded its footprint to over 200 franchisees and numerous institutes, collaborating with more than 10 ministries to provide skill development and education to rural parts of India.

Dr. Singhal's relentless commitment to education and skill development has seen IGCSM form partnerships with both national and international organizations, playing a pivotal role in the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The organization has earned accolades from prestigious entities such as NSDC and Microsoft, as well as various government and private organizations.

Evolution of IGCSM and SGTU

In 2023, Dr. Singhal founded Sikkim Global Technical University (SGTU), marking a significant milestone in his journey. SGTU, along with multiple ITIs and polytechnics across India, now operates over 100 active training centers, making substantial contributions to government skill development initiatives at both national and state levels.

From modest beginnings, Dr. Singhal's leadership has propelled IGCSM to become a giant in the education sector, dedicated to empowering the needy and fostering development in rural India. Today, IGCSM stands as a testament to the power of vision, determination, and collaboration, impacting lives and creating opportunities across the nation.

The Sikkim Global Technical University (SGTU) established under the Sikkim legislature assembly through its official gazette 11th July 2023 and is recognized by the UGC Act 1956 under Section 2(f). SGTU is also the member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU) Under the umbrella of IGCSM and guidance of Dr. Saurabh Singhal having experience in skill development industry for 15+ years. We AIM to enrich the Indian education and prosper future of students. We AIMto pursue and actualize the dream of making SGTU a global tycoon in Higher education. That allows learners to achieve perfection.

Dr. Saurabh Singhal Journey

Born in September of 1984 in the small town of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Saurabh Singhal emerged from a lower middle-class family to shape his future through sheer effort and hard work. After many tireless nights and humble beginnings, Dr. Singhal honed his skills in providing quality education and managing large-scale organizations
